RSE (NZ) Ltd is a New Zealand-owned and operated company formed in 2004. We are a proud market leader specialising in providing entertainment systems for the RV Motorhome/Caravan, Horse Float/Truck and Marine markets.
RSE stands for Rear Seat Entertainment and is owned by Daryl & Sue Muir. Daryl is an Automotive Electrical Engineer (Advanced Certified) with 44 years of experience, and Sue has an extensive background in business administration and customer service. RSE was born from their garage at home, where they imported and sold portable TV/DVD systems to keep the kids quiet in the back seat. 15 years on, RSE is operated from a 1500 square metre premise in Takanini with 18 staff members.
RSE designs and manufactures its range of lightweight, low-wattage D-LED, 12V TVs. These are packed with inbuilt features, including DVB-S2 and DVB-T, to ensure customers do not require separate systems to receive their favourite channels on the road. RSE also designs and manufactures our own in-house Automatic Satellite Dish, the Southern Cross 52, along with our own reversing/rear-view camera systems and other 12V accessories. All of our products are assembled and tested in our Auckland-based workshop.
RSE has recently added a complete Electronics Repair Department for the Motorhome/Caravan Industry. We service a wide range of motorhome operating systems and a variety of other brands of electronic equipment.
